How do I submit a manuscript?
Visit the journal's homepage and click "Submit Manuscript" to access our online submission system. Each journal has its own submission portal.
Are there any article processing charges?
APCs are currently waived for the first 3 volumes of each journal. After this introductory period, standard APCs will apply with fee waivers available for researchers from low-income countries.
How long does peer review take?
We aim to provide a first editorial decision within 2–4 weeks. The entire process from submission to publication typically takes 6–8 weeks.
Can I submit to multiple journals simultaneously?
No. Manuscripts must not be under consideration by another journal at the time of submission. This is in accordance with standard publication ethics guidelines.
How do I request a fee waiver?
Fee waivers are automatically considered for corresponding authors affiliated with institutions in low- and middle-income countries. You may also request a waiver during the submission process.
